These Terms and Conditions apply to the 7-Night Luxury Accommodation Bonus offered by Ultima Function Centre as part of selected wedding and event bookings.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to the terms outlined below.
To qualify for the 7-night accommodation voucher:
• You must book and confirm a wedding or event at Ultima Function Centre
• The bonus is not issued for booking a tour alone
• Booking must be confirmed with a signed contract and deposit paid
• Limited to one voucher per wedding or event booking
The accommodation bonus includes:
• A 7-night stay at one of the participating partner resorts listed below
• Accommodation for up to 2 guests (standard room type; room type varies by resort)
Participating resorts include:
• Bali Palms Resort (Bali, Indonesia)
• Bali Seascape Beach Club (Bali, Indonesia)
• Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa (Phuket, Thailand)
• The Beach Samui (Suratthani, Thailand)
• The Mnarani Club (Mombasa, Kenya)
The following are not included in the voucher:
• Flights, transfers or transportation
• Meals, activities, or optional extras
• Travel insurance
• Resort taxes, service fees or local charges (where applicable)
Any additional costs incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the voucher holder.
• The accommodation voucher is issued after the wedding or event booking is confirmed
• Confirmation means contract signed + deposit received
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Vouchers must be activated directly with the third-party provider according to their instructions
• Activation or booking fees may apply depending on the provider’s terms
• Blackout dates, peak seasons and high-demand periods may apply
• Availability is controlled by the resort and third-party provider
• Ultima does not guarantee room availability for specific dates
• Standard resort and provider terms and conditions apply
Examples of typical blackout periods may include (but are not limited to):
• Christmas and New Year
• Easter period
• School holidays
• Major local events
Exact blackout periods may vary by destination and resort.
The accommodation voucher is issued through a third-party travel provider.
• All bookings, activation, availability, fees and stay arrangements are managed by this provider
• Ultima Function Centre is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disputes relating to the accommodation
• Provider terms and conditions apply in full and override any general promotional language
This bonus offer is strictly limited to 7–8 bonus packs per month.
Once the limit is reached, the bonus may no longer be available for new bookings during that period.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or discounts
• Vouchers cannot be resold or transferred without written approval from the provider
• Vouchers must be used within the validity period
Ultima reserves the right to:
• Withdraw the bonus if eligibility requirements are not met
• Revoke the offer in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity
• Modify or discontinue the promotion at any time with notice
Where included, the Fireworks + Dry Ice upgrade offer:
• Is available for $499 (normally $1,300)
• Applies only when the wedding or event is booked and confirmed
• Must be added to the booking before the event date
• Is subject to compliance with venue safety regulations and supplier availability
